To register you as a work-seeker and place you into assignments we collect and process personal data including your name, contact details, date of birth, right-to-work evidence, qualifications and training records, health/vaccination information where a role requires it, National Insurance number, and bank details for payment. We process this data to: find and offer you suitable assignments; meet our legal obligations (including right-to-work checks, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, the Agency Workers Regulations 2010, and HMRC requirements); pay you; and keep records we are required to keep. We share relevant details with hiring clients (e.g. your name and suitability for a shift), with HMRC and, where applicable, with your umbrella company or payroll intermediary. We keep candidate records for the periods required by law and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed. You have the right to access, correct, and (in some circumstances) erase your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
